Meet Armando Aristarco
Armando’s story at Hotel Caruso began in 2010 when he first started his career as the ristorante’s demi chef de partie. After settling in Milan, Rome, Bahrain, Singapore and Dubai, the chef is now back at the helm of Ristorante Belvedere, Amalfi Coast’s most distinguished terrace.
Native of the Campania region, Chef Armando Aristarco’s vision delves around traditional, locally-sourced ingredients. From our palace in the sky, indulge in his Dieta Mediterranea signature dishes and revel in food with a modern flair.
