Ingredients

  • 40ml Salcombe Rosé Sainte Marie Gin
  • 40ml cranberry juice
  • 20ml Cocchi Rosa
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 1 piece of lemon peel
  • 1 red rose petal

Instructions

Add all the liquid ingredients and the lemon peel into a shaker with ice and roll (rotate rather than shake).
