Ingredients
- 40ml Salcombe Rosé Sainte Marie Gin
- 40ml cranberry juice
- 20ml Cocchi Rosa
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 1 piece of lemon peel
- 1 red rose petal
Instructions

Add all the liquid ingredients and the lemon peel into a shaker with ice and roll (rotate rather than shake).

Finely strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
