Discover Adraki Shorba, a tantalisingly spicy soup, and tandoor-baked Tiger Prawns with Kasundi Mustard and Yellow Chilli. The Saag Gosht—a tender lamb curry with spinach gravy and green cardamon—is not to be missed. Also on the menu are Ajwani Paneer Tikka, a roasted cottage cheese with carom seeds, and mouthwatering Moong Dal Halva with green lentils and dry fruits.
