Exceptional European cuisine is freshly prepared in the train’s kitchen by Executive Chef Christian Bodiguel and his skilled team.
The Venice Simplon-Orient-Express menu features fresh ingredients taken on board at stops along the route. Look out the window and you may spot the chef inspecting lobsters from Brittany, tomatoes from Provence or saltmarsh lamb from Mont St Michel.
Our set-menus are an inclusive part of your trip. Drinks and à la carte options are also available at an additional charge.
Chefs will be delighted to cater for any specific dietary requirements, provided a detailed request is made at the time of booking.
