Recipe: Portofino Spritz

Discover the recipe for Splendido's signature cocktail, a Portofino Spritz – a fresh and fragrant mix that combines lemon with Liguria’s signature rose syrup and gin. The result? A spritz that mirrors the hues of a perfect Portofino sunset.
Aperitivo hour is sacred in Portofino’s Piazzetta. When the light from the setting sun casts a golden glow over the town, everyone seems to settle in for a spritz and a snack ahead of their evening meal.
