7.30am: Yoga by the Pool
Breathe in, breathe out. At La Piscina, indulge in new wellness rituals with a yoga class by the pool surrounded by scented blossoms from the citrus trees. Feel as if you’re suspended in the clouds, take in the breathtaking landscapes of the Amalfi Coast and let the day start with your mind completely at peace.

10am: Relax, Swim, Sip. Repeat
You might have been the bravest in your group of friends to wake up for sunrise, but who will be the first one to take a dip in the waters of our infinity pool? After a few laps, grab a seat for a Capri omelette with a selection of Oscietra and Sevruga caviar, paired with Ruinart Champagne – an unmissable luxury treat.

1pm: Lunch at the Pool Bar
Time for a light bite (a traditional Neapolitan pizza paired with the first Limoncello Spritz of the day, perhaps?). At the Pool Bar, order one of Chef Armando Aristarco’s signature dishes such as a Caprese Salad or enjoy the best seafood roasted in the woodfired oven by the pool. To make this meal a true celebration of la dieta mediterranea, finish each dish with plenty of extra virgin olive oil.

3pm: Mindful Retreat
Need to take a break from the sun? Providing all the space and intimacy you need without moving an inch, our elegant poolside cabanas turn into relaxing wellness spaces around Caruso's iconic infinity pool.
