Dav Mare Bar is your haven in the heart of the Piazzetta for a refreshing drink or light snack. Join us for a classic aperitivo or wind down over after-dinner drinks.

We serve timeless cocktails and unique concoctions based on locally sourced ingredients. Our menu features artisan liqueurs distilled by local, family-run producers from the finest Ligurian ingredients, from Genoese roses to chinotto.

For an authentic aperitivo and digestivo experience, there’s nowhere quite like it.

Breakfast

Wake up each morning to a delicious selection of à-la-carte dishes, served either in-room or on the restaurant terrace in the heart of the Piazzetta.

Our breakfast options include a careful selection of high quality Ligurian specialities, such as home-made focaccia and frittata with local wild herbs. Opt for fresh daily pastries made in-house, perfect with our home-made jam. Sip on refreshing seasonal juices and enjoy our own coffee blend for the perfect espresso.

Breakfast is also available to non-resident guests.
