Your Journey

Join the iconic British Pullman for an evening of gastronomic delights hosted by one of the UK’s most inspirational chefs: Tom Aikens. Travelling in the train’s sumptuous art deco carriages, prepare for a fabulous fine dining event hosted by Tom.

You are welcomed aboard the train at London Victoria Station, where liveried stewards escort you to your seat. Sit back in your plush armchair at a table set with crisp white linen and sparkling glassware. Take time to absorb the details of your authentic vintage carriage, such as intricate marquetry, woven brass luggage racks and silken lampshades. Each individually decorated carriage transports you back in time to a more refined age of travel. As the train glides out of London, anticipate the first enticing dish in a seasonal five-course tasting menu. Each speciality has been prepared on board by Tom Aikens and his team and is paired with a sommelier-selected fine wine or champagne.

As you enjoy coffee and petits fours on your way back to London Victoria, look out for Tom passing through the train. This is your chance to ask him about any of the dishes he’s just presented, or to simply say hello.

Please note, this is a circular tour and passengers do not disembark until arrival back in London. British Pullman operates within the constraints of the railway network. As such, timings, routes and associated itineraries are subject to change.
