Ollie Dabbous has achieved remarkable success as co-founder and Executive Chef of HIDE in London’s Piccadilly. As well as a Michelin star, awarded just six months after opening, he gained ‘Best Restaurant’ at the coveted GQ Food & Drink Awards and even won a design award for his eponymous cookbook.
