As the train begins its journey through Greater London and into the Weald of Kent, your steward pops the cork on a bottle of Veuve Clicquot. The luxurious champagne is a fitting way to celebrate this special maternal day. Madame Clicquot, who founded the marque, was the youngest woman to run a champagne house in the 18th century.
