Dom Pérignon & Chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen

Your Journey

Discover the vibrant harmony of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013, together with the exceptional culinary skills of Chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen

On 23 June 2023, board the timeless carriages of the British Pullman at London Victoria Station and find yourself instantly transported back to the Art Deco era. There, you will be escorted to your table by your steward, where plush upholstered armchairs and vintage details await. Each carriage has a unique story to tell, including the recently reimagined Cygnus, which bears the hallmark of film director Wes Anderson’s cinematic touch.

For this special night of gastronomic indulgence, your host is Lisa Goodwin-Allen. Straight after graduating, Lisa began her career in the two-Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Champignon Sauvage in Cheltenham. She was then appointed Head Chef at the stunning, Lancashire-based, Michelin-starred Northcote Hotel & Restaurant. At only 23, she was one of the youngest chefs to achieve this position. Not only her culinary skills have been appraised on BBC’s Great British Menu, but she has also been a judge herself on Masterchef: The Professionals and on Celebrity Masterchef. Lisa Goodwin-Allen thrives on experimenting with ingredients and is passionate about working with young and upcoming talent to bring their ideas to life — you are in for a show-stopping evening.

Of course, no soirée is complete without a glass or two of bubbles to tickle your taste buds — you will kick the night off with a bottle of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 per couple, an irresistible alliance of ripeness, vibrancy and intensity.

As the train travels through Kent, indulge in a five-course tasting menu. Prepared by our expert team on board, it honours our guest chef’s signature style and is perfectly paired with both the Dom Pérignon and our sommelier’s choice of wines. Learn more about the celebrated champagne as well as our chef’s delicious dishes throughout the journey. Coffee and petits fours are served before you arrive back in London Victoria with new, sparkling memories.
