On 14 July 2023, join us for a special moment of gastronomic indulgence. Your host onboard is Anna Haugh, Head Chef and owner of Myrtle Restaurant in London’s Chelsea. Growing up in Tallaght, South Dublin, Anna started her impressive culinary trajectory at Dublin’s Michelin-starred l’Ecrivain with Derry Clarke, before going on to work with celebrated chefs from Philip Howard and Shane Osborne to Gordon Ramsay. In 2022, Anna Haugh replaced Monica Galetti as a judge on Masterchef: The Professionals. Her Myrtle Service Academy is an apprenticeship scheme offering front-of-house training to all ages. In her menus, Anna draws on her homeland’s rich heritage, giving timeless recipes a modern twist to present contemporary Irish cuisine. She now also has her own wine range.

Begin the celebration with a bottle of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013, the irresistible alliance of ripeness, vibrancy and intensity. The Maison, named after the visionary Benedictine monk who is considered the spiritual father of champagne, will be your guest throughout this culinary journey.

As the train travels through Kent, indulge in a five-course tasting menu, delicately prepared by our team onboard. it celebrates the culinary style of our fabulous guest chef Anna Haugh and is perfectly paired with both the Dom Pérignon and our sommelier’s choice of wines. At the end of your journey, coffee and petits fours are served before you arrive back in London Victoria — your last slice of delight.
