Olapic, Inc. (“Olapic”) provides social content management services to Belmond Management Limited (“Belmond”) in connection with the Belmond group’s PR, marketing, advertising and other promotional activities (“Belmond Services”). Olapic collects (on behalf of Belmond) content from social media sites (such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram), including but not limited to images, text and videos that users have uploaded (or have permitted others to upload) with a hashtag created by Belmond or a geo-location tag relating to Belmond (“User Generated Content”). Olapic uploads the User Generated Content to Olapic’s own website at www.olapic.com (“Olapic Site”) and to websites (including but not limited to www.belmond.com), social media sites, blogs and other digital properties operated by or on behalf of Belmond (each a “Belmond Site”) for Belmond’s use in Belmond Services and other matters relating to Belmond and its group’s business. Olapic provides services to users on the Olapic Site and/or elsewhere, including on or in connection with the Belmond Sites that relate to the Belmond Services (hereinafter the “Services”).

Your use of the Olapic Site and/or any of the Services and your User Generated Content are each subject to the following terms of use (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”).

Olapic reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use without advance notice by posting a revised Terms of Use. Accordingly, you should review the Terms of Use each time you access the Olapic Site or use the Services, to stay informed of any changes to the Terms of Use. Any access or use of the Olapic Site or Services by you after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such changes, modifications or additions.

These Terms of Use apply to the Olapic Site, Services and to your User Generated Content unless otherwise provided. You will also be subject to additional terms of use, agreements, guidelines or rules provided by Belmond (including but not limited to copyright and privacy policies displayed on www.belmond.com) (“Belmond Terms”) applicable to such Services and User Generated Content. Subject to these Terms, Olapic grants you a limited licence to use the Olapic Site and the Services with respect to your User Generated Content in accordance with these Terms, Olapic’s Privacy Policy and the Belmond Terms. Olapic reserves the right to terminate your licence to use the Olapic Site and Services at any time and for any reason. Olapic may change, suspend or discontinue your use of the Olapic Site and Services for any reason at any time, including discontinuing the availability of any feature, database or content. You are solely responsible for your use of the Olapic Site and Services.

You warrant to Olapic that you are at least 18 years of age or use the Olapic Site and Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You also warrant that you are legally permitted to use the Services and access the Olapic Site.

The Belmond Sites and the content residing thereon, and Belmond business practices and privacy policies are not under Olapic’s control and Olapic is not responsible for and makes no claims regarding the accuracy or legality of any information featured on the Belmond Sites (other than User Generated Content) (“Belmond Content”); User Generated Content; Belmond Sites or Belmond Services.
