Chef Alessandro Cozzolino

I enjoy bringing my passionate vision into the kitchen and endeavour to make every element of each dish intriguing and original.

Originally from Caserta in southern Italy, Alessandro Cozzolino trained internationally with Michelin-starred chefs. From his experiences in Hong Kong and beyond, he has relied on two qualities: passion and dedication. Combining his intuition with personal taste and well-honed skills, the result is a careful curation of dishes that wow on every mouthful.
