Menus & Dining

An ode to authentic ingredients, cuisine onboard the Royal Scotsman train is a medley of delicacies seasonally sourced from the finest local suppliers.

Our Dining Cars

Served in our luxury train’s two dining cars, Raven and Swift, each meal celebrates exceptional Scottish ingredients under the helm of Mark Tamburrini, Executive Head Chef.

A line of white tables is bordered by deep red velvet chairs, which creates an air of decadence in the Raven dining car.
