- Porterage fees are calculated on a case by case basis, based on a number of factors including the your hotel's distance to the train station, the number of pickups (if guests are staying at different hotels), if extra porters are required and the quantity of luggage (are multiple vehicles or trips required for collection)

- Suggested discretionary gratuities (8-10% recommended)
