Drinks in The Observation Car

Our Observation Car is a comfortable and convivial space where bonds are made during after-dinner entertainment and stories shared over a dram of vintage whisky, of which we have over 70 single malt varieties on board. On some trips, our dedicated whisky ambassador will conduct tastings, while our dedicated Scotch Malt Whisky journeys visit various distilleries including Glenmorangie, Tomatin and Lindores Abbey.

Open throughout the day, take your seat in a comfortable armchair or sofa and watch as the landscapes become more wild and wonderful. Or step out onto our train’s open-air veranda as you pass ancient castles, small villages and picturesque glens.

All drinks are included in your fare – including all champagne and premium spirits.
