What activities do you have for children? Is Casa de Sierra Nevada family-friendly?
Our hotel is family friendly, with plenty for little ones to enjoy. We can arrange for them to take part in a mojigangas workshop, where they will create Mexican folk art figures out of papier-mâché, or art classes in our in-house studio, for creative learning in the heart of San Miguel de Allende.
What are the check-in/check-out times at Casa de Sierra Nevada?
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.
Are you all inclusive?
No, we are not an all-inclusive resort.
Can I have the included breakfast as room service?
Breakfast is only included in certain room rates. When applicable, breakfast can only be eaten in the restaurant.
Does the hotel offer a day pass?
No, the facilities of the hotel are exclusively for our guests.
Do you cater to vegan or gluten free diets?
All of our restaurants include plenty of options for specialised diets for vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diets.

Is tipping expected and is service charge included?
Tipping is at our guests’ discretion. Service charge is included in the room rate, but service is not included as standard in our restaurants and bars.

Yes, it is open to external visitors.

Weddings at Casa de Sierra Nevada are entirely bespoke, so pricing varies with each celebration. You might choose an intimate courtyard dinner the night before, indulge in in-room beauty treatments, guide guests through our lush gardens for a blessing accompanied by live music and toast beneath the stars with a rooftop cocktail reception.

Do you have kosher restaurants?
Unfortunately, we do not have kosher restaurants.
Does Casa de Sierra Nevada have a gym?
Yes, Casa de Sierra Nevada has a fitness center. It is well-equipped with water, snacks, chilled towels, a treadmill and elliptical machine. We also offer wellness activities including yoga, sound therapy, pilates, meditation and aquatic yoga.

Casa de Sierra Nevada has 37 rooms and suites and each is unique.
Is Casa de Sierra Nevada pet-friendly?
Pets are welcome at Casa de Sierra Nevada. We allow one pet per room (max 15kg) at a cost of 70 USD per day plus fees. We provide food, water bowls, a bed and toys. Dogs are allowed in public areas of the hotel except for the swimming pool, restaurants, spa, and fitness facilities. These restrictions do not apply to assistance/service dogs.

These rooms do not have a sofa. One of them has a small table and chair. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our reservations team if you have further questions.

To reach Casa de Sierra Nevada in San Miguel de Allende, we have many options to make your journey to us as smooth as possible. Should you wish to arrange taxi transfers, the following airports are all nearby:
- Querataro Airport (QRO): 1 hr 20 min (86km/53 miles). Price for taxi transfer: from 6,000 MXN one way
- Leon Airport (BJX): 1 hr 30 min (94km/58 miles). Price for taxi transfer: from 7,500 MXN one way
