What is the luggage policy for cabins?
Cabin storage is very limited. Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage inside the cabin for comfort and space reasons. This should be one carry-on or backpack weighing up to 5 kg / 11 lbs and measuring up to 45 inches / 114 cm (height + length + width). Additional or larger bags may be brought on board, but there is no space to store large luggage in the cabins. Stored luggage has no size or weight restrictions.
Accessibility

Supplemental oxygen is available if needed, staff are trained in first aid, security personnel are present on board and emergency phone access is provided.
What accessibility accommodations are available for guests with walking difficulties or wheelchair users?
Guests with walking difficulties can be accommodated on all tours except the Sumbay Caves tour, which is not recommended for those with limited mobility. There is one accessible bunk cabin available on board when specifically requested; it includes a wet-room bathroom and a corridor suitable for a special wheelchair. While this cabin is accessible, the rest of the train does not have disabled facilities. Wheelchairs do not fit in other cabin corridors, so guests must use a customised wheelchair provided on board. A ramp is available at the main train doors, though it may be very steep depending on the station, and guests should be aware of uneven carriage crossings. Offshore excursions are not adapted for disabled guests.
