Our bi-annual new cookbook series, ‘Recipes and Wanderings’, produced in collaboration with Apartamento explores a region’s unique cuisine through photography and recipes. Each book delves into the culinary identity of the area and its connection to a nearby Belmond property highlighting the relationship between our kitchens and local producers that we source our ingredients from.

In the third cookbook of our series, discover Lea Colombo’s photography and essays from Claudia Durastanti, Margo Schachter and Elisa Carassai. Following an introduction from Darina Allen you’ll find 21 classic dishes from Campania (including many taken by Armando Aristarco, Naples-native and executive chef at Caruso, A Belmond Hotel. Plus, read and follow three guest recipes by renowned chefs Nina Clemente, Bernardo Costantino, and Salvatore Giugliano.
