Ingredients

40ml Salcombe Rosé Sainte Marie Gin

40ml cranberry juice

20ml Cocchi Rosa

10ml sugar syrup

1 piece of lemon peel

1 red rose petal

Method

1.

Add all the liquid ingredients and the lemon peel into a shaker with ice and roll (rotate rather than shake).

2.

Finely strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

3.

Garnish with a single red rose petal.
