Armando’s story began when he first started his career as the demi chef de partie at Caruso. After travelling the world, he is now back at Ristorante Il Pantaleone, the Amalfi Coast’s most distinguished dining spot.

Native to the Campania region, Chef Armando’s signature dishes delve into la dieta mediterranea’s local ingredients and artisanal products, supported by Chef de Cuisine Alfonso Sorrentino.
