Morning with the Chefs
Join our Executive Chef and his team for an immersive lesson in traditional Tuscan cuisine. Together, you’ll prepare an authentic meal from the appetizer to dessert. The menu will focus on pasta, including ravioli, tagliatelle, and gnocchi, and can be tailored to suit your personal tastes and interests.
Pizza Making
Enjoy a slice of expertise, fresh from our pizzaiolo, and discover how to prepare an authentic Italian pizza. After making the dough and preparing your toppings, you’ll bake your creation in a traditional woodfired oven dating back to the 16th century. This class takes place at Castello Grill during the summer months.
