Cachaça Experience

A caipirinha cocktail is the essence of Brazil in liquid form. At the core is the sugarcane-based spirit cachaça, a drink of great national importance. Our expert barman Nacir Zandoná will guide you through our collection, one of the largest in Brazil, at Bar Tarobá. Our choice of tastings showcases different regions, ages and styles of production.

Discover the different taste sensations of cachaças aged in special woods. Start the journey with gentle Jequitibá Rosa, sourced from the hills near Rio de Janeiro and progress to velvety Balsam Wood.

Paraná Wine Tasting

Brazilian wines are growing increasingly popular, with Paraná being the stand-out region. Despite producing only a small yield, the home state of Iguassu Falls is already recognized for the exceptional quality of its wines. In this tasting, embark on a discovery of Paraná’s best labels, learning about the grapes that have adapted so well to the land. As you sample four wines from three different regions, gain insight from experts who know Paraná better than anyone else.

The Gazebo
