Otto Geleng Restaurant

Otto Geleng Restaurant

Be one of just 16 guests to join us each evening for a culinary sensation inspired by a Taormina legend. German painter Otto Geleng was the first guest to stay at La Floresta mansion. By 1873, he had convinced the family to open their beautiful home to the public and transform it into Belmond Grand Hotel Timeo.

Executive Chef Roberto Toro has created a menu that tells the story of Sicily. Dishes combine Sicilian tradition with Chef Roberto's modern interpretation, complemented by the best local and international wines. Savour each moment, while admiring the view that captivated Otto’s imagination.
