From our restaurants to the spa, we preserve, enrich and share the land’s produce so guests can enjoy its beauty for decades to come.

Recognised as a Model Game Reserve by Provincia di Siena, the Reserve at Castello di Casole is perfect for exploration. Wander along a choice of footpaths and spot the local wildlife, including deer, pheasant and hare.

The reserve exists beside our manicured rose gardens, a cultivated space to unwind and discover our own cultivar ‘La Rosa Castello di Casole’ created in partnership with Rose Barni.

The estate is home to more than 25 acres of organic vineyards. Cabernet, Sangiovese, Merlot and Petit Verdot varietals are produced across 13 plots, with our home-grown grapes used to produce our ‘Sì di Sì’ private-label wines.

Tuscany is home to the world’s best olive groves, and our 30 acres may be the finest of all. We harvest each autumn, making 2,500 bottles of our signature olive oil. We also house our own apiary, producing honey rich with the floral elements found within the Tuscan hills.
