Benefitting from its own microclimate, Hush Heath Estate has been producing some of England’s finest sparkling wines and ciders for over a decade. On the outward journey settle into your plush seat and enjoy a delicious brunch. Admire your wood-panelled carriage with its intricate marquetry and art deco designs. Your table is set with white linen, fine china and cut glassware. Relax and let our liveried stewards take care of your every need as you admire the ever-changing views through your picture window. Arriving around midday you will be met by coaches for your transfer to the winery. Here you’ll be treated to tastings and an insight into the winemaking process. Return to the train for an effervescent reception. Soon afterwards a gastronomic four-course dinner is served along with our sommelier’s selection of wine. Few things are as quintessentially British as a day trip by rail—travel on board the Belmond British Pullman and make the journey as magical as the destination.
