Set within the historic halls of the palace and surrounded by 18th-century frescoes, Adagio is a place to slow down and enjoy a selection of cocktails inspired by the botanicals and citrus of the Amalfi Coast.

The menu includes signature serves, well-balanced classics, and a range of Low ABV and Zero Proof options, alongside fine wines, champagnes and Italian favourites. A relaxed yet elegant space where time seems to slow.
