For this inaugural list, the renowned travel publication has selected 25 exceptional new hotel restaurants and bars from around the world, including dining experiences aboard trains and cruise ships.

Aboard Britannic Explorer, our menus, created by Head Chef Alexander Wyn Lewis and award-winning chef Simon Rogan MBE, celebrate the very best of British cuisine. Our farm-to-fork ethos places exceptional local ingredients at the heart of every dish, from Port Isaac lobster and Sladesdown Farm chicken to Chalkstream trout, Cumbrian Fells beef, Wye Valley asparagus, Hafod cheddar and Herdwick lamb shoulder.
