Three tasting menus offer a choice shaped by the bounty of the land or the treasures of the sea. Dishes are guided by the seasons and include seafood lightly marinated with citrus, slipper lobster tortello served with fresh roe and a light beetroot cake heightened by butter ice cream and red wine.
