The Red Room draws inspiration from Chef Liam Tomlin’s travels to create a menu honouring Asia’s captivating flavours. Expect true-to-their-origin dishes, complete with house-made condiments: from Korean fried chicken and Filipino pork ribs to the classic Peking Duck from Beijing. Our Chefs’ Choice menu spans 12 small plates representing the Pan-Asian spectrum, or you can assemble your own à la carte selection of small plates, dim sum and wood-fired robata grill items.
