Cip’s Club is one of the best restaurants in Venice to sample the bounty of our islands. With a combination of new and traditional techniques, Chef Roberto Gatto’s menu uses hyper-local produce to create fresh, unfussy and crowd-pleasing classics.

Across our simple and elegant dishes, expect to see the finest seafood plucked straight from the Venetian lagoon and local vegetables that grow only on our surrounding islands. Ingredients with a Difference

At our Venice restaurant, we pay homage to local Lagoon traditions with an air of joy and elegance. Here you’ll dine on ingredients that follow the seasons—artichokes from Sant’Erasmo and radicchio from Treviso, as well as fruit sourced a stone’s throw away, including Ecio apples, Lessinia pears and Pescantina peaches.

Meanwhile, our signature dishes and recipes are full of treasured Venetian ingredients. Take our traditional fritolin with fried scampi and calamari, courgette and zingy horseradish sauce. And carnivores need not leave empty-handed – our Cipriani beef carpaccio has been a beloved staple for years.
