Mokoro Safari

Glide across the water on a dugout mokoro canoe, a traditional mode of transport used by locals for centuries. You will traverse shallow, clear waters, past brilliant waterlilies and papyrus grasses, reaching areas inaccessible by larger boats. Glimpse brightly coloured frogs, kingfishers, dragonflies or elephants feasting on the reeds.

Please note: this activity is only available when the delta is flooded, normally between June and September.
