Our acclaimed art gallery hosts a variety of exhibitions and performances throughout the year. The name Sa Tafona invokes the traditional Majorcan oil mill. It’s in this space that renowned artist Cecilie Sheridan curates and displays temporary exhibitions from artists whose work represents a deep connection to Deià.

Our mountain pathway is a stunning spot to pay homage to Deià´s literary links. At intervals along the beautifully planted route, you´ll spot impressive granite columns which are a creation of our artist-in-residence, Juan Waelder. Each plinth bears the name and profile of one of history's most important poets, including Robert Graves, Gloria Fuertes, Pablo Neruda and Rosalía de Castro.
The path also harbours one of Europe´s biggest sculpture gardens, equally curated by Juan. In harmony with the plants and nature, a variety of sculptures made of different materials like bronze, terracotta, steel, Marés stone, iron and quartz.
