6am: Sunrise Watch Over Ravello

A coffee in hand, your travel diary in the other – early morning’s the perfect time to decide what the day will be made of (and what you’d like for breakfast). Whether you venture into the hills that surround Ravello or revel in lounging by the pool instead, start the day in meditative silence by the stillness of Caruso’s swimming pool as you watch the sun rise from the sea.

7.30am: Yoga by the Pool

Breathe in, breathe out. At La Piscina, indulge in new wellness rituals with a yoga class by the pool surrounded by scented blossoms from the citrus trees. Feel as if you’re suspended in the clouds, take in the breathtaking landscapes of the Amalfi Coast and let the day start with your mind completely at peace.

10am: Relax, Swim, Sip. Repeat

You might have been the bravest in your group of friends to wake up for sunrise, but who will be the first one to take a dip in the waters of our infinity pool? After a few laps, grab a seat for a Capri omelette with a selection of Oscietra and Sevruga caviar, paired with Ruinart Champagne – an unmissable luxury treat.

1pm: Lunch at the Pool Bar

Time for a light bite (a traditional Neapolitan pizza paired with the first Limoncello Spritz of the day, perhaps?). 3pm: Mindful Retreat

Need to take a break from the sun? Providing all the space and intimacy you need without moving an inch, our elegant poolside cabanas turn into relaxing wellness spaces around Caruso's iconic infinity pool. After flipping the final pages of the book you promised yourself that you’d finish, head to the spa for a post-swimming restorative massage or request a facial treatment to feel fresh after your day in the sunshine.

4pm: Game on

In the shade, sit back in your lounger for an hour of parole crociate – the iconic Italian crosswords – and the occasional people watching behind your sunglasses.
