Iridology

Our Caribbean spa resort is proud to offer alternative routes into wellness, such as through the art iridology, a technique based on the observation of the iris. The iris is a nerve ending of the central nervous system, which makes it an overall picture of the body, visible from the outside, as are the feet in plantar reflexology for example. Iridology also gives indications on the long term (distant past), like a portrait of someone's life. In this session, you will learn about your own ‘iris signature’ to discover your inner state of well-being.
