Known for his award-winning Haitian live-fire restaurant, Kann in Portland, OR, ranked No. 27 on the inaugural North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list, and his celebrated New York City restaurant serving global French cuisine, Maison Passerelle, Gourdet will bring his singular culinary perspective to the shores of Anguilla.
