For now, you’re moments away from the first in five irresistible courses. As the train departs, sit back, relax and sip champagne. Eminent chef Skye Gyngell hosts tonight’s dinner event. Rising to fame as head of the Petersham Nurseries, Skye’s distinctive seasonal cooking earned her a Michelin-star. This talented chef's next adventure was to open her much anticipated London restaurant, Spring, in the New Wing of Somerset House. Tonight each dish has been prepared by Skye and her team. Linger over an exquisite five-course menu paired with our sommeliers choice of wine. Later, you'll meet Skye as she makes her way through the carriages to greet you. End an evening of indulgence with coffee and petits fours as the train returns to London Victoria Station.
