Your Journey

Join us on board for an unforgettable evening. Transport back in time on the legendary British Pullman and prepare to enjoy an exclusive menu created by acclaimed chef Paul Ainsworth.

Prepare for an evening of exceptional fine dining aboard the iconic British Pullman train. Your host is Michelin-starred chef Paul Ainsworth, chef-patron of Paul Ainsworth at No6 in Padstow. Renowned for his distinctive modern Cornish cuisine, he combines influences from his childhood with flavours from around the world and the finest local ingredients. Your adventure begins at London Victoria station, where you are welcomed aboard the gleaming train by your steward. Relax into your sumptuous armchair ready for a scenic round trip through the North Downs and Guildford. Your elegant table is set with pristine white linen and bespoke glassware. Take time to soak up the details of your Art Deco carriage with its intricate marquetry, woven brass luggage racks and plush textiles. Each is individually decorated to transport you back in time to the golden age of travel. A classic champagne reception sets the tone for the sparkling evening to come. Your steward serves a seasonal five-course tasting menu with each dish lovingly prepared on board by Paul Ainsworth and his team. Accompanying each course is a sommelier-selected fine wine or champagne. After savouring the last delicacy, it’s time for coffee and petits fours. At this point, Paul will pass through the train greeting guests, so you will have the chance to ask him any questions about the dinner you’ve just enjoyed.
