Tonight’s glamorous dinner journey is hosted by Merlin Labron-Johnson. A rising star on the culinary scene, Merlin’s passion for exceptional cuisine began early in life. Aged 23 he arrived in London straight from the kitchens of Belgian cult-legend In De Wulf. By 24 his restaurant Portland had its first Michelin-star. For tonight’s event his menu features some signature dishes, packed full of flavour and inspired by nature. Each course is accompanied by our sommelier’s choice of wine. Meanwhile, Merlin will make his way through the carriages to greet you—a perfect chance to acquire some top tips.
