Bombay Sapphire Distillery

Be our guest

Step aboard our vintage carriages for an unforgettable adventure to Bombay Sapphire distillery with the British Pullman train. This top class, sustainable, London dry gin distillery is capable of producing over 100,000 litres of gin every day.

British Pullman’s vintage carriages are waiting on platform at London Victoria station. Take your seat on board as your adventure begins. Sip a sparkling Bellini as you admire your surroundings: each individual carriage is adorned with authentic art deco fixtures and furnishings. Soon a silver service three-course brunch is served. Relax and enjoy the changing views through your picture window as the train journeys through Berkshire. On arrival in Newbury, coaches are waiting to take you to the village of Laverstoke where the Bombay Sapphire distillery is located. Here you will join a guided tour of the distillery, including their iconic glasshouses to learn more about the botanicals that are used in their vapor infusion distillation process. Then, participate in an interactive gin masterclass where you’ll have the opportunity to create your own gin-based cocktails. There will of course also be time to sit back and relax in and enjoy a refreshing gin and tonic from the comfort of the bar. After your visit, rejoin the coach for the transfer back to the station. A reviving glass of champagne welcomes you back aboard British Pullman. Savour a delicious three course dinner, enjoying silver service and our sommelier's choice of wine as the train winds its way through the Home Counties. Shortly after coffee and petits fours you pull into London Victoria Station, the end of a fascinating day.
