You’re welcomed aboard the train in Dublin with a champagne reception in the Observation Car. Sit down to a delicious lunch as the train journeys north towards Belfast.

Disembark in Belfast to visit Hillsborough Castle, the official Northern Ireland residence of HM Queen Elizabeth II. Explore the beautiful Georgian home, with its elegant interiors and priceless paintings. Enjoy refreshments in the stately Drawing Room.

Return to the train for your first gourmet dinner on board. Relax over coffee and liqueurs in the Observation Car and enjoy lively local entertainment.



Relax on board this morning and soak up the views. Indulge in mouthwatering pastries followed by brunch. In the afternoon, disembark to explore the historical attractions of Kilkenny in the heart of Ireland’s Ancient East.

Join your guide for a fascinating tour of the city centre. Unearth 800 years of history at the Medieval Mile Museum. After afternoon tea at Butler House, explore further attractions or wander along the canal and cobbled alleyways at your leisure.

Back on board, drinks and canapés await, followed by an exquisite dinner and entertainment.
