Many courses focus on recipes important to Raymond Blanc, showcasing dishes that inspired him to become the Michelin-starred chef he is today.

Evening Masterclass

Enjoy an interactive evening of gastronomy exclusively for you and your friends. Arrive to canapés and champagne and create a wonderful seasonal menu under expert guidance. Dine together on your own dishes paired with wines, then relax in the lounge with coffee and petits fours.

Private Tuition

Refine your culinary skills with a private cookery class, tailored to your needs and interests. Tuition can be arranged any evening for a maximum of two hours. Advance booking is essential.

Prices from £480 for groups of 1-3 guests. £90 per additional guest. Maximum 8 guests per group.
