Local fish is the star of the show at DaV Mare. From Monterosso anchovies to Santa Margherita prawns, our menu celebrates the bounty of the surrounding bay. Sea meets land in exceptional dishes, like our creamed risotto with pesto, prawns and tomato emulsion.
The menu creatively re-interprets regional specialities, such as lean capon. Signature dishes from Da Vittorio's restaurants, such as the humble tomato pasta dish 'paccheri alla vittorio', will feature.
For those dining in the company of friends and family, our CondiviDAV sharing dishes are sure to delight. These flavourful morsels are designed to bring a group together to experience the flavours of Liguria.

Having spent 25 years living and cooking in Liguria, Roberto Villa knows local ingredients like the back of his hand, expertly selecting seasonal produce at its highest flavour intensity. Herbs from DaV Mare’s rooftop garden are particularly essential, which he grows with passion and care. Each dish at our new restaurant in Portofino, Italy is curated in every detail—Roberto himself meets guests at their table to finish off the dish.
He is joined by Chicco and Bobo Cerea and Paolo Rota, the culinary team who honed their craft at the triple Michelin-starred Da Vittorio in Bergamo. Their expertise and endless creativity are infused in DaV Mare’s rich menu, blending flavours of the sea with those of their homeland.
