This journey is hosted by Mark Donald, Executive Chef at The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant in Crieff. Since joining in 2021, Mark has earned international acclaim, securing The Glenturret its first Michelin star within seven months and a second in 2024. Originally from Glasgow, he trained at renowned kitchens including Noma in Copenhagen, before leading kitchens in London and Sydney. Experience his precise, ingredient-led contemporary Scottish cuisine, hear his stories and share tales over the BBQ.
