The Restaurant

When golden hour descends on the Sicilian coast, Brizza opens each night for only eight tables at dinner. Take a seat by the water’s edge at Brizza, Taormina, and relax as you let Executive Chef Agostino D’Angelo’s innovative menus come to you, from seafood and fruit mosaico to a delicious lobster tortello.

The Location

Located on the private beach of Villa Sant’Andrea, Brizza is open to both resident and non-resident guests of our hotel. If you’re staying at sister property Grand Hotel Timeo, we’ll be delighted for you to book a dining experience at our restaurant. The Ambiance

Reopening in June, our restaurant at Villa Sant’Andrea welcomes guests from Friday to Tuesday, offering intimate candlelit dining experiences for only 16 people at a time.

With a romantic setting, the golden skies of Taormina and the gentle sea breezes – that gives its name to the fine dining restaurant – the best way to start your dinner is by enjoying a refreshing glass of Etna DOC wine aged at sea.
