DO YOU HAVE AN ALLERGEN GUIDE?

Our waiters will be happy to provide a full allergen guide. In case of special dietary requirements or allergies, the chef is able to personalize the menu to your tastes and needs.

DO YOU CATER FOR CHILDREN?

Children of all ages are welcome at Mauka.

IS MAUKA WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Unfortunately, Mauka does not currently have access ramps for wheelchair users. If you have any questions about your visit, please contact us at mauka.reservations@belmond.com.

DO YOU TAKE GROUP BOOKINGS?

Groups are welcomed at Mauka. For groups of more than 8 people, we are happy to handle the reservation directly in order to cater for any specific group needs. Please contact us at mauka.reservations@belmond.com to arrange your visit.

ARE ADVANCED RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?

Advanced reservations are not required, but strongly recommended. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your booking, the reserved table will be given to the waiting list.

IS THERE A WAITING LIST?

We have a waiting list which is maintained on a first come, first served basis.

CAN YOU PERSONALIZE THE SET UP FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS?

At the moment, we do not offer set ups for special occasions.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION WITHOUT PENALTIES?

At present, no penalty is applied when canceling your reservation less than 24 hours in advance.

HOW DO I REACH THE RESTAURANT?

Mauka Restaurant is housed within Palacio Nazarenas, A Belmond Hotel. If you are arriving by foot, the restaurant can easily be reached from Cusco’s main square by walking 3 blocks starting from Cuesta Del Almirante, then continuing through Córdoba del Tucumán and following through Purgatorio street. If you are arriving by car, avoid the pedestrian area by approaching the restaurant from Calle Palacio Nazarenas until Plazoleta Las Nazarenas. You’ll find the stone entrance of Palacio Nazarenas, A Belmond Hotel, adorned by the antique sculptures of snakes, right next to 7 Culebras passage.

Located in Palacio Nazarenas, a timeless palace in the heart of the city of Cusco, Mauka's interiors give natural materials a contemporary flare. A short stroll from Plaza de Armas, the restaurant is at the cultural epicenter of the city.
