The restaurant faces the Funchal coastline, offering uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. Many seasonal dishes pay homage to the inimitable setting, from the ‘Fish from our coast’ to the ‘Lobster with Seaweed’. A portion of the menu is inspired by the hotel’s grounds and cultivated garden, giving all the opportunity to fully indulge in the property’s distinctive attributes.
