Located in the heart of the Hotel Cipriani Restaurant’s kitchen, the Chef’s Table is one of the most exclusive fine-dining adventures in Rio. Guests to follow the chef as he prepares an array of dishes inspired by the day’s freshest ingredients. This special menu is paired with carefully selected wines. A 48-hour notice is required to reserve the Chef's Table.
Chef's table price: R$895 + tax per person
Lunch: Monday to Saturday, 12:30 – 3pm | Sundays 1 – 4pm
Dinner: Monday to Thursday, 7pm – midnight | Friday and Saturday, 7pm – 1am

A hotspot for Copacabana nightlife, this traditional bar is the place where Rio’s A-list mingles over aperitifs. Whether a lunchtime drink or an evening gathering, the jazzy beats of the resident pianist set the mood for sophisticated fun.

Please note: Pérgula Restaurant will be closed for 3 months from 12 June for remodeling work. Breakfast will be served at Hotel Cipriani Restaurant and other meals will be served at Azul Restaurant in the main building.
